Mt Yasur Volcano on Tanna Island - A not-to-be-missed opportunity of a life time. The planes land at the base of this very active volcano on the ash plane with an easy transfer and short walk to the edge of the action. Constant explosions, hot lava flying through the air and a most colourful cultural experience thrown in – plan to fit this in while you’re here. A huge wow factor!

Helicopter Sightseeing & Airport Transfers to Villa 25′s door – Be sure to take advantage of this. It is an amazing way to see the spectacular tropical reef scenery from the air – you will often see dugongs and whales lazing around in the crystal clear waters.

Scuba Diving – There are a wide range of idyllic reef and wreck dive sites – many only minutes from Port Vila and a few hundred metres off Villa 25′s beach.

Fishing – There are plenty of options for sport, reef and big game fishing.

Round the Island – Hire a car and drive yourself, or take the easy option and have our driver take you. You will be able to stop at the various picturesque spots along the way – swim with the turtles and sharks, hold the baby turtles at the turtle sanctuary, stop for a swim adn enjoy a picnic or one of the great restaurants around the island for lunch – well worth the trip and it gives a good insight into life in Vanuatu for the local people.

Golf – Port Vila Golf & Country Club has a very good 18 hole PGA golf course just 15 minutes from Villa 25. Visitors are welcome, green fees are very reasonable and clubs can be hired at the course. There is also a very picturesque 12 hole course at Le Lagon not far from Villa 25 with stunning views of Erakor Island and the lagoon.

Mele Cascades Waterfalls – worth a visit especially on a hot day. A leisurely 20 minute hike up to the waterfalls, the path to which, is surrounded by tropical flora, cascades and water pools the colour of turquoise … take your camera. You can also absail down the falls – spectacular!

The Summit Gardens - Visit the largest tropical garden in the South Pacific. At nearly 200m above sea level, the 10 hectares of escarpment garden offers the visitor breath-taking views over Mele Bay. The panoramic view takes in coral reefs, villages, coconut plantations, peninsulas, beaches and islands. Their diverse range of essential oil-based products are manufactured, packaged and labelled on-site by craftspeople in their factory, known as The Distillery. Finish this spectacular tour off with a glass of wine or beer and great food in their restaurant overlooking the bay.

Coongoola Day Cruise - A great excursion ideal for all ages. A spacious 23 metre timber sailing ketch with twin diesel back up power, dinghies and snorkelling gear. Visit a baby turtle conservation rookery on Tranquility Island, secluded coves and beaches of fine white coral sand, snorkel or scuba dive in crystal clear warm water, feed tame fish and maybe see dolphins at play. Includes great morning and afternoon teas and a spectacular BBQ lunch on a sheltered white sandy beach.

Relaxing - Lie back beside the pool and work on your tan with a good book!
