The standard rates include:
Tourism Levy
Government Tax (vat)
Wireless internet access (guests need to bring their own laptop)
Access to a wide selection of DVDs and books
Some snorkelling equipment and kayaks available
Child Policy: -
Children under the age of 5 by arrangement only
Booking Conditions
A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation
Non-payment of deposit may result in loss of booking
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival
In the event of a cancelled booking the following charges will apply:
Cancellation Charges – for each night cancelled
If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date – no charge
If cancelled between 14-30 days prior to arrival – 50% charge
If cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice prior to arrival date – 100% charge
These charges also apply to no-shows or days not used due to late arrivals or premature departures.
